With nearly a decade of experience under his belt, Scott’s workouts will challenge you to get your heart pumping, and, of course, body sweating.
Giving group fitness a personal trainer level attention to detail, Scott will make sure you know the correct form for all the moves to keep you energized and motivated, allowing you to leave it all out on the living room floor. If he’s not teaching class or working with private clients, you’ll find him running weekly half marathons for fun, or hanging out with his rescue dog Buddy at home.
All classes are live streamed through ZOOM.
ZOOM invite link will be sent out 20-30 minutes before class time.
Classes are between 30-55 minutes including warm up & cool-down/stretch
Each class participant = 1 credit, even if using the same computer
