Three things to expect in class

a warm introduction

Be ready for a warm welcome from one (or two!) of our coaches meeting you at the beginning of class, which takes place on a Zoom video conference. Your class schedule will tell you if you can make use of weights or other equipment.

Fun, challenging and doable

All SFH classes are intense but come with options and accommodations for all athlete skill levels, and follow with a cooldown and guided stretch exercise.

Real-time encouragement

No athlete is left behind in our workouts. You'll receive just the right touch of positive encouragement and form cues from our pro coaches see you to both motivate and protect you!

Do I need any equipment?

You just need yourself to start

We welcome you to our classes even if all you have is a floor to work on. For the most comfortable session, we recommend a yoga mat, a water bottle, and a towel, but they're not absolutely necessary.

+ weights

Our strength classes benefit from dumbbells or kettlebells of your choice.

+ bands

Resistance bands are inexpensive, versatile additions to your home gym and some of our classes utilize bands.

+ cycle & tread

If you have a treadmill or a bike, we can breathe new life into them.
