Meet
Coach Bethany

Bethany is a powerhouse fitness pro and national Hyrox champion with over 25 combined half, full, and ultra marathons under her belt. Not to mention one Ironman 70.3 as well.

Bethany has 8 fitness certifications including the Road Runners Club of America, and has extensive experience recruiting and coaching at Flywheel Sports, Orangetheory, Cardiocast, and City Row.
