Class Descriptions
Bodyweight Bootcamp I - 45
No-jumping, no weights, very sweaty all levels, modifications provided if any injuries or ortho issues.
Bodyweight Bootcamp II - 45
Jumping exercises included, no weights, very very sweaty, intermediate/advanced level of intensity.
Bodyweight Lower Body & Core - 55
Bodyweight only class focusing on the legs and core. Higher rep counts. Very sweaty.
Bodyweight Upper Body & Core - 55
Bodyweight only movements with a focus on the arms, shoulders, and abdominals. Higher rep counts. Very sweaty.
Total Body / Conditioning - 55
Cardio focus class with higher rep counts, body-weight only exercises, and grueling total body challenges. Very very sweaty.
Power Flow Yoga - 60
The Power Flow is 60 minutes of breathing, stabilization, and strength. This class is designed to energize the mind & body, release stress, stay present, sweat & surrender. Equipment optional but recommended: Mat, strap or towel, yoga blocks and/or pillow.
Relax & Unwind Yoga - 60
Relax & Unwind after a long day. This class is an opportunity to stretch it out, burn some stress, and down regulate preparing your mind and body for a restful night’s sleep. Equipment: Mat, pillow or blanket, strap or towel.
Strength 45
45 minute focused on building overall strength. In this class all muscles will be targeted, but there will be no cardio-specific challenges or exercises. Weights are required for this class.
Strength 55
Lower rep counts paired with weights (or comparable heavy household items) will allow us to tear down those muscle fibers..and build them back up
Total Body / Strength - 55
Total body workout with varying rep counts and challenges that encompass both upper & lower body regions. Some exercises may require weights and/or comparable heavy household items, but we will always provide body-weight only options. Sweaty.
Total Body Strength & Cardio - 45
For 45 minutes we will focus on strengthening your entire body as well as your core using a mix of dumbbells or kettlebells and bodyweight exercises. This class will have some cardio so expect some jumping! Minimal rest. Very sweaty. Weights are required for this class.
Arms/Abs Strength & Cardio - 45
For 45 minutes we will focus on strengthening your upper body as well as your core using a mix of dumbbells or kettlebells and bodyweight exercises. This class will have some cardio so expect some jumping!
Lower Body/Core Strength & Cardio - 45
For 45-minutes we will focus on strengthening your lower body and core using dumbbells or kettlebells and bodyweight exercises. This class will also have some cardio so expect some jumping!
Miniband Sweat - 45
A 45 minute fitness class utilizing Minibands to strengthen and tone your entire body. With a focus on endurance and cardio, adding the resistance of a miniband helps to deliver that extra burn!Minibands required. Very Sweaty.
