Where are all Sweat from Home classes located?
Online! All Sweat from Home classes are held virtually on the internet. We have no physical location, and you can workout with us remotely from wherever you are. Woo!
What equipment do I need?
All Lower Body, Upper Body, and Total Body classes require no weights, but a towel, yoga mat, and water are recommended. We highly recommend dumbbells or kettlebells for all strength classes. Classes that require other equipment like a stationary cycle will state it in the description and title.
Are there any committments?
No contract required, but we do require all members to fill out a waiver of liability prior to participating in class. Memberships can be cancelled at any time.
Do passes have different expiration dates?
Yes, all drop-ins expire 14 days after purchase, and 10-pack classes expire 6 weeks from the date of first pass used. On-demand 1-day passes expire 24-hours from purchase, and 1-week on-demand classes expire 7 days from the day of purchase.
