I have different vibes for different classes. Movement is mellow and focused. Strength is slow and steady. Bootcamp is high energy intensity.
Favorite part of teaching is watch people develop mastery over their bodies.

I’ve been personal training for 10 years, I run marathons for fun,. I have a dance background and often coach like a pilates instructor. I taught at Barry’s Bootcamp for years, Brrrn for years, and now SFH. Also used to coach peewee football and soccer.
