I love giving people the WHY (the science) about Nutrition and helping them understand the Holistic view to it as well (letting their body SHOW them what they need)

I was an athlete growing up - I was a Swimmer, I Rowed in High School and loved being in the water. Through College, I was recovering from a hospital experience and gained weight. I found my love for fitness again when I trained for half marathons to get back into shape and help to overcome my anxiety and negative inner voice. It was then that started my love for learning more about the next new idea // fad in the health and wellness world and led me to continue maintaining my 60 pound loss that I had achieved. I try to maintain activity throughout the day now as it helps with my overall mental health and physical wellness.
I am a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, an AADP Nutrition Certified coach, and a ICF Certified Health Coach :)
I want to have a farm when I retire (or a rescue farm for Horses)
